All orders ship directly from one of our Eastern Boarder locations. If your order includes items stocked at both locations, you may receive multiple shipments. In that case, you’ll receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with separate tracking numbers.

We process orders 7 days a week and pack orders as quickly as possible. Most orders receive tracking within 3–6 hours during operating hours.

Orders placed over the weekend are packed, but carrier pickups occur Monday–Friday only. You may receive a tracking number over the weekend, but tracking updates may not appear until the following Monday or Tuesday.

Please note that UPS and USPS do not always pick up or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Transit times shown are estimates only and begin once the package is in the carrier’s possession. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

EASY RETURNS — We provide the label 🙂

*If within 30 days of receipt or delivery date of your order & the item is still in new condition with all packaging and/or labels you should be good!

All eligible orders can receive a refund, credit, or exchange. (See conditions of specific items below) Standard manufacturer warranties will also be honored.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?

Please email ebinfo@easternboarder.com and include:

  • Order # or e-mail (attached to order)
  • Item you’d like to return
  • Desired refund (credit, refund, exchange)

If you’re exchanging an item or choosing store credit, we’ll cover the return label.

For refunds, because most orders ship free, the cost of the return label (based on item size and weight) will be deducted from your refund once the return is received.

We will email you back with 24 hours (Usually much faster) setting up the return and providing you with a label. 

Please note: When returning online orders, items should be shipped back in the box or bag they were received in, or something comparable. Original product packaging must be kept clean and undamaged.

Please do not place packing tape or shipping labels directly on product packaging or the item itself, as this may make the item unsellable. Returns received with damaged or altered packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal of refund, depending on the condition of the item upon inspection.

Shoes & Snowboard Boots (Any Footwear)
• Shoes/boots must be unworn and in new condition and in the original undamaged box.
• Once the shoes/boots have been worn, they cannot be returned.
• Before you wear your new shoes/boots outside, try them on inside to be sure they fit properly

Clothing & Outerwear
• Clothing must be unworn and in new condition, with original packaging intact.
• Worn clothing is not returnable.

Skateboards
• Skateboards must be unused, without griptape attached, and never had trucks installed.
• Once a skateboard has been used, it cannot be returned.

Snowboards
• Snowboards must unused and in new condition in packaging.
• Once bindings have been installed on a board, it is not returnable.

Videos
• Videos must be unopened and in original packaging.

Sale & Closeout Items
• You may return any sale, closeout, and/or discounted items within 15 days of purchase or delivery date.  Item must be unused with all original packaging and tags intact as well.
