Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped from the Eastern Boarder from our Worcester location. As always, we do our best to ship your product in a timely fashion. If any product you order is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss substitutions or other remedies.
- If you order something over the weekend with expedited shipping please keep in mind orders are only processed Mon-Fri. The order will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
- Every order has the possibility of an 24-48hr handling time.
- Please note that UPS does not pickup or deliver on weekends or holidays.
- Free UPS ground shipping on orders over $60.00 in the New England region.

If within 30 days of receipt of your order you may return unused, in new condition items for refund, exchange or store credit. (See conditions of specific items below) Standard manufacturer warranties will also be honored. Email us for warranty info on any items.
shoes & snowboard boots
• Shoes/boots must be unworn and in new condition and in the original undamaged box.
• Once the shoes/boots have been worn, they cannot be returned.
• Before you wear your new shoes/boots outside, try them on inside to be sure they fit properly
clothing & outerwear
• Clothing must be unworn and in new condition, with original packaging intact.
• Worn clothing is not returnable.
• Skateboards must be unused, without griptape, and never had trucks installed.
• Once a skateboard has been used, it cannot be returned.
• Snowboards must unused and in new condition.
• Once bindings have been installed on a board, it is not returnable.
• Videos must be unopened and in original packaging.
• You may return closeout items within 10 days of purchase for store credit ONLY
• Item must be unused with all original packaging and tags intact

We recommended that you ship your return using a carrier that is capable of providing proof of delivery if necessary.

Eastern Boarder accepts payments with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express only. Sorry, we cannot accept checks or money orders at this time.
All payments are processed securely over a secure connection (SSL) through Geotrust and automatically processed through our payment gateway at Authorize.net.
