All orders will be shipped directly from our EasternBoarder locations. If you order items that are in both locations you may receive multiple shipments. In this event you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails from us w/ all of your tracking numbers.
We process orders 7 days a week and pack orders as fast as we can. Most orders receiving tracking numbers with 3-6 hours during operating hours.
Orders over the weekend are packed and shipped however pickups are only Monday-Friday. So you might receive your tracking number over the weekend but tracking might not update til the following Monday or Tuesday.
Please keep in mind UPS & USPS doesn't always pick up or deliver on Holidays or Weekends.

All eligible orders can receive a refund, credit, or exchange. (See conditions of specific items below) Standard manufacturer warranties will also be honored.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include:
- Order # or e-mail (attached to order)
- Item you’d like to return
- Desired refund (credit, refund, exchange)
We will email you back with 24 hours setting up the return and providing you with a label. Depending on the return condition the return label will be deducted from your refund unless you take the refund in credit.
Please Note: When returning online items please ship all items back in the box or bag it was received in. Do not tape boxes shut or put any tape on the existing item. This results in a non-sellable & damaged box/item. This will result in a restocking fee based upon damages.

Shoes & Snowboard Boots (Any Footwear)
• Shoes/boots must be unworn and in new condition and in the original undamaged box.
• Once the shoes/boots have been worn, they cannot be returned.
• Before you wear your new shoes/boots outside, try them on inside to be sure they fit properly
Clothing & Outerwear
• Clothing must be unworn and in new condition, with original packaging intact.
• Worn clothing is not returnable.
• Skateboards must be unused, without griptape attached, and never had trucks installed.
• Once a skateboard has been used, it cannot be returned.
• Snowboards must unused and in new condition in packaging.
• Once bindings have been installed on a board, it is not returnable.
• Videos must be unopened and in original packaging.
• You may return any Sale/Closeout items within 10 days of purchase or delivery date for store credit only. Item must be unused with all original packaging and tags intact as well.
